2013 Tri-City Americans Summer Hockey Camps

Kennewick, WA – Tri-City Americans Governor and General Manager, Bob Tory announced today announced the details for the 2013 Tri-City Americans Summer Hockey School.  The annual camps cover two weeks in early August at the Toyota Arena and will include instruction from Americans’ coaches.  And new this year, the Americans are hosting an Adult Hockey School designed for both male and female players of all ages.  For more information or to register for a camp, download the brochure below and return it to the Americans' office or call the office directly at (509) 736-0606.

2013 Summer Hockey Camp

This year's Summer Hockey Camp will utilize a two-week format, featuring camps for players of all skill levels . The first week is slated to run from Aug. 5-9, while week two will go from Aug. 12-16.  Each day, players will be broken up into two groups, based on age, and participate in 75 minutes of daily on-ice training session.  The primary focus of the camp will be on skating, fundamentals and skill development with a goal of maximizing individual potential while instilling proper techniques.  The end of each week-long camp will also feature a group scrimmage.

The tuition breakdown for this year’s summer camp is as follows:
-    One Week Only
o    $149 for Week 1 or 2 

-    Both Weeks
o    $250 for Weeks 1 and 2

 

2013 Elite Prospects Conditioning Camp

Additionally this summer, the Americans are offering an Elite Prospects Conditioning Camp that is designed for Bantam Rep., U-16 and U-17 age players with a goal of maximizing fitness levels while concentrating on skating.  This camp will also feature a two-week format, scheduled from Aug. 5-8 and Aug. 12-15, with a basic itinerary of 45-minute on-ice conditioning sessions followed by a 45-minute scrimmage.

The tuition breakdown for this year’s Elite Prospects Conditioning camp is as follows:
-    One Week Only
o    $125 for Week 1 or 2

-    Both Weeks
o    $200 for Weeks 1 and 2

 

2013 Adult Hockey School

And, new this summer, the Americans are offering an Adult Hockey School camp that is designed for male and femal players of all ages with a goal of maximizing fitness levels while concentrating on skating.  This camp will also feature a two-week format, scheduled from Aug. 9-11 and Aug. 16-18, with a basic itinerary of 90-minute on-ice conditioning sessions.

The tuition breakdown for this year’s Adult Hockey School camp is as follows:
-    One Week Only
o    $99 for Week 1 or 2

-    Both Weeks
o    $150 for Weeks 1 and 2
