Eric Comrie is the top ranked goaltending prospect in the WHL, according to the NHL Central Scouting’s fall preliminary rankings released Tuesday.
Comrie turned in a fabulous weekend stopping 83 of 87 shots against the Kelowna. He has a 14-7-1-1 record this season to go along with a 2.38 goals against average, 0.920 save percentage and two shutouts.
Left Wing Connor Rankin cracked the Top 25 rankings for skaters at 19th in the WHL.
Rankin is a third year player and has scored eight goals and five assists in 24 games this season.
