#16 Shaun Vey, Center

Height: 6'3"
Weight: 205 pounds
Hometown: Wakaw, Saskatchewan
Shoots: Right Handed
NHL Draft Status: Free Agent
'07-'08 Hockey Age: 20
Acquired: Trade with Vancouver, January 2005

Notes: After suffering a shoulder injury to end his 2005-06 season, Shaun bounced back for a strong campgaign in 2006-07. Vey combines size and skill and has the versatility to play both center and wing. Shaun proved to be very effective at the newly implemented shootouts going 4 for 5 during the 06-07 season.

Did you know? Shaun was acquired from the Vancouver Giants along with defenseman Mike McDonald for Ryan Costanzo and Brett Festerling.
